The Gluten-free Egg "Tagliatelle" by "Sapori di Casa" is the result of a method that has traveled through the decades by our great-grandparents, coming down to us. It is precisely our grandmother's Tagliatelle, the yardstick by which we try to measure the quality of our product. The use of genuine ingredients, manual processing and slow dryng allow us to produce a porous, light, very quick-to-cook pasta, and to combine it with any type of sauce.

  3. Wait for the time written on the package
  4. Drain the product and pour your sauce
