Mananà di Neri Manuela guarantees that the delivered products will be equal to those indicated and described on the website allitalianpasta.com and conforming to all regulations relating to the conservation of products until the moment of their delivery at the place indicated on the order for all of the products sold the responsability shall be that of the producer. In the case of packaged products the producer is also responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of the descriptions listed on the packaging. The images which appear on the site are made available to the customer to assist in their recognition of products; due to variations in packaging on the producer's side, the photos may not exactly reflect the actual appearance of the delivered product.
EU TAXES (VAT)
For sales within the European Union, taxes are calculated on the net total according to the rates in effect in the destination country.
TAXES OUTSIDE THE EU
For sales outside the European Union, taxes are not charged directly on the invoice, but are applied via the customs bill and issued to the carrier transporting the goods as soon as they pass through EU customs.
For deliveries, allitalianpasta.com uses the most suitable couriers for delivery.
Delivery of orders will be made on working days (between 08:30 and 18:00)
The delivery will be made without prior notification (unless a notification by telephone has been requested).
We would advise you to provide an address where someone may always be present to receive the order. The courier is unable to make deliveries to post boxes or post offices.
If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a delivery note; if you are unable to contact the courier on the telephone number indicated on the note, they will generally re-attempt delivery on the next working day.
Even if this attempt does not resolve the delivery issue, the delivery will be placed back into stock and we will contact you in order to supply the courier with more exact details which should also meet your requirements. In the eventuality that it is impossible to contact you or even if an attempt to arrange a further delivery attempt proves impossible, we shall proceed to cancel the order, upon the return of the products to our warehouses and following a refund of the order according to the payment type previously selected.
To achieve delivery within the space of one working day, it is essential that an order should be received before 11:30am that morning. Orders received after this time, will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders received on holidays or days prior to holidays will be processed on the next working day.
As specified in the Consumer Code D.LGS 206/05 (ex diritto di recesso) customers who order from allitalianpasta.com are covered by a sale or return guarantee with the possibility of returning purchases within 14 working days from delivery, with the exception of products that, due to their nature, may not be returned.
WAYS TO REQUEST A REFUND
It is essential to send a letter or an e-mail to allitalianpasta.com within 14 working days of receiving the goods. In this communication, the customer should specify the product or products for which they wish to request a refund.
allitalianpasta.com will provide, at our own effort and expense, for the return of the product or products according to the payment method and terms previously agreed with the customer, unless they renounce the restitution of the above.
The goods will be reimbursed within 14 days from the receipt of the communication on the part of the customer.
